Tracking Your Order

Missing or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Please keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Address Changes
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After that time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local postal service. We’re unable to replace or refund lost packages, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
